How We Protect Your Data

Every AI provider we work with is bound by a data processing agreement that we enforce. Your data is protected by three commitments:

  1. Your data never trains AI models. No provider uses your prompts, outputs, or any data to train, fine-tune, or improve their models.
  2. Your data is never shared. No provider shares your data with other customers, model developers, or third parties.
  3. Your data is not stored. Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Tavily, and AssemblyAI operate with zero data retention — your prompts and outputs are processed and immediately discarded. OpenAI is configured with data storage disabled; OpenAI may retain API data for up to 30 days solely for safety monitoring, after which it is automatically deleted. Microsoft Azure OpenAI operates with standard data processing; Microsoft does not use your data to train models and may retain data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.

All EU-located providers process your data entirely within EU infrastructure. For providers marked with *, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place.
