PDF, Word (DOCX, DOCM), Excel (XLSX, XLSM, XLS), PowerPoint (PPTX, PPTM), CSV, text and Markdown, plus AutoCAD (DWG, DXF) and Power BI (PBIX, PBIT). Knowledge base uploads go up to 100 MB per file, so full tender packs and large scanned drawing sets are fine. Chat attachments have smaller per-format limits, and anything larger belongs in a knowledge base.
Wysor reads the text and structure your CAD files carry, such as layer names, annotations, title blocks and schedules, and answers questions across the whole set at once. It sits alongside the estimating software you already run and takes on the reading, comparing and drafting that surrounds the drawing, which is where most of the hours go.
Yes. Scanned PDFs, including older drawing archives and scanned specifications, can be uploaded and searched alongside digital files.
Wysor processes requests on EU servers, does not use your data to train any model, and provides a signed data processing agreement (DPA) on every plan, including the free one. Tender documents and client drawings stay yours.

The drawings are done. The document work is what eats the week.
Every construction project generates far more reading than building. Tender packs, specifications, contract amendments, drawing revisions, cost breakdowns, site reports, and the correspondence tying it all together. The work is not difficult. There is just too much of it, and the important detail is always on page 214.

Tender documents, answered rather than read
Load the whole pack into a knowledge base, all of it at once, up to 100 MB per file. Then ask directly:
- What are the eligibility and qualification requirements?
- Which clauses carry penalties, and what triggers them?
- What changed between the original specification and the latest addendum?
- What dates commit us to what?
Answers come back with references to the source document, so you can open the page and confirm it yourself. That matters more than speed. You are going to be held to whatever you sign.
AutoCAD files and plan sets
Attach a DWG or DXF file directly and Wysor reads the text it carries: layer and block names, annotations, title-block information and schedules. If your team already exports plan sets to PDF, those work too, including scans of older archives.
Wysor answers questions about what your drawings say, across the whole set at once. It sits alongside the estimating software you already run and takes on everything around the drawing, which is where most of the reading actually sits.
Cost tables that reconcile
Upload the spreadsheet export from your budget or bill of quantities. Wysor reads the tables, follows the arithmetic, compares one revision against another, and tells you where a total no longer matches the lines beneath it. Reviewing a cost breakdown before it goes to a client is exactly the kind of careful, tedious checking that benefits from a second reader.
Site meetings, captured properly
Record on your phone. Wysor transcribes with speaker separation and extracts the decisions, deadlines and open actions. Search across every recording later when someone asks what was agreed in March.
