What is Scribe?
Scribe records any conversation — a doctor visit, a client meeting, a team standup — and gives you a speaker-separated transcript plus a structured summary filled in from a template you define. Audio is processed on your device and never leaves your phone.
How it works
1. Set up a template
Before you record, choose a pre-built template (medical SOAP note, legal consult, meeting minutes, sales call) or create your own. Define the fields you want extracted — for example, a doctor might set up chief complaint, history, examination findings, diagnosis, treatment plan, follow-up. A project manager might set up decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, open questions. The AI fills these fields in automatically from the conversation.
2. Record the conversation
Open the Wysor mobile app and tap record. Audio is processed entirely on your device using on-device AI models — it never reaches a server. Record as long as you need. You can use your phone normally during the recording; Scribe runs in the background.
3. Get your structured output
Within seconds of stopping the recording, you get two things:
- A full transcript with each speaker clearly labeled
- Your template filled in with the extracted information
Review, edit anything you want to change, and save. Everything is stored in your Scribe archive and fully searchable.
Speaker separation
Scribe identifies and separates different speakers in the conversation. Each person's contributions are clearly labeled in the transcript, so you can follow who said what — critical for meetings and consultations where attribution matters.
Languages
Scribe transcribes conversations in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese. If speakers mix languages mid-conversation, Scribe follows.
Privacy
This is the main reason Scribe is different from other transcription tools. Audio is processed on your device — it is never uploaded, never stored in the cloud, and never used for AI training. Only the resulting text (transcript and extractions) is sent to the cloud for structuring, and that is encrypted end-to-end. This makes Scribe suitable for medical, legal, and any confidential workflow where audio cannot leave your control.
Archive and search
Every transcript and extraction is saved automatically. You can search the full text of any recording, filter by date, and pull up details from months-old meetings without scrolling through notes.
Pricing
Scribe is included in Wysor Premium (€24.99/month), which covers approximately 150 recordings per month. Beyond that, each additional session costs around $0.19. For context, heavy users recording 400 sessions a month still pay less than the flat-rate dedicated scribe tools on the market.
