Invite team members
Once your organization is set up, you can invite team members by email. Only the organization owner can send invites.
Sending an invite
- Go to your Account settings and scroll to the Organization section.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Click Invite. They will receive an email with a link to join.
Invitations are valid for 7 days. You can revoke a pending invite at any time from the same section. If all your seats are taken, you will need to add more seats before sending a new invite.
What happens on their end
Your team member receives an email showing your organization name and plan. They click the link, sign in to Wysor (or create an account if they don't have one), and accept the invite. Once accepted, they are part of your organization and can start using Wysor immediately.
Roles
Invited members join as Members. The person who created the organization is the Owner and is the only one who can invite or remove people, manage seats, and control billing. Members can leave the organization at any time from their account settings.
