Email

Your inbox, sorted and with drafts ready. Optional.

What it does

Connect your existing mailbox and Wysor helps you work through it:

  • Sorts every email into labels such as To respond, Meeting or FYI. Newsletters and routine notifications are filed automatically.
  • Drafts replies in your tone: your greetings, your sign-offs, your style.
  • Briefs you on each contact before you open the thread: past conversations, open requests, and how this person prefers to be written to.

Every email sorted. Routine mail filed. Drafts in your tone, sent only by you.

More in the inbox

  • Ask about your email: the assistant chat works on the inbox you have open, for example "What did Mr. Müller ask about last week?"
  • Its own knowledge base: give the email assistant documents to draw on when it drafts, such as price lists, FAQs or standard wording.
  • Spam stays in sync: marking an email as spam also moves it to the junk folder in Outlook or your IMAP mailbox.
  • Attachments: OneDrive links show as attachment chips, and Download all saves every attachment at once.

Connecting your mailbox

Connect Outlook or Gmail in one click, or add any IMAP mailbox (for example iCloud, GMX, Web.de, T-Online). There is nothing to migrate and nothing to forward: your emails stay in your mailbox. To sort them and write drafts, Wysor reads them and keeps an encrypted copy in the EU.

You stay in control

Wysor writes drafts. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Read every draft. Emails from unknown senders can contain hidden instructions aimed at AI. Check each draft before you send it.

Email is optional. You can use everything else in Wysor without connecting a mailbox. More: wysor.io/smart-email
