- Do you offer free trials?
- We offer a generous free plan that lets you try out 5 AI models with 1 knowledge base agent. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to access more AI requests and advanced features.
- How do team / organization plans work?
- Plus and Premium are available as organization plans with per-seat pricing. Create an organization from your Account settings, choose the number of seats, and invite your team. Everyone gets the full plan features, and billing is centralized under one account. You can also share phone agents across your team with priority-based call routing.
- When should I choose Enterprise over an org plan?
- Organization plans (Plus Org, Premium Org) are self-serve and work for teams up to 25 people. Enterprise is for larger teams that need unlimited AI usage, SSO, a dedicated account manager, and custom onboarding. Contact us and we'll figure out the right setup together.
- What AI models do you support?
- We support all major AI models including OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and more. Each model has different capabilities and costs - advanced models like ChatGPT and Claude cost more per use but offer better reasoning.
- Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
- Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription from your account page.
