EU (Made in Germany) and built on EU data-protection law rather than retrofitted to it.

## Privacy & compliance
- GDPR / DSGVO-compliant by design; a data-processing agreement (AVV / DPA) is included
  in every plan.
- Zero Data Retention available: prompts and outputs are not retained by the underlying
  AI providers.
- EU-based processing; health data can be hosted on HDS-certified infrastructure.
- Built for professional confidentiality obligations (for example §203 StGB in Germany).
- Your data stays yours: encrypted at rest, never used to train models, deletable at any time.
